Zhaku uses a layered approach: resolve the place, enrich it with public data, store the result in its own intelligence layer, and expand toward stronger market and valuation understanding.
1. Resolve the location
Searches are interpreted and turned into usable geography, beginning with exact postcode handling.
2. Add public evidence
Zhaku blends official and open data such as sold prices, crime, and flood context to build a more grounded picture of place.
3. Expand toward valuation
The structure is built so EPC data, planning, transport, and more complete market signals can be added cleanly later.
