Is Zhaku a listings portal?
Not primarily. Zhaku is being built first as a property discovery and intelligence platform with a strong emphasis on area context and research quality.
Does Zhaku use live UK data?
Yes. The current build already uses live postcode validation, sold-price context, crime data, and flood-monitoring data alongside Zhaku’s own stored records.
Will richer valuation insight be added?
Yes. The platform is being structured so EPC insights and stronger market confidence signals can be layered in later.
